We at FlatheadOrchard.com carry only high quality products.  After all we are using them in our kitchen also.  We stand behind everything we carry. Our goal is to please our customers and provide the best quality products from our orchard. Your satisfaction is always our priority.

Please explain your desire to return the product and we will provide a store credit for the value of the product.  Please send us the product in question and we will maintain a credit for your account.  You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.  If the product is bad we will cover all costs including the shipping costs for a replacement product.
